Q1: Are your Managed IT Services Hong Kong priced based on the number of “devices” or “employees”?
Our plans are priced based on the number of primary office devices (such as desktops or laptops). If an employee uses both a company computer and a company mobile phone, we generally count only the computer as one billing unit. This provides businesses with the clearest and most predictable IT budget.
Additionally, to maintain our high-quality 24/7 intelligent systems and dedicated dual-engineer support, each plan has a minimum base requirement (for example, the minimum spend for the 【Full Enterprise IT Managed】 plan is HK$2,000/month). If your company currently has fewer than 10 devices, the fixed monthly minimum spend for that plan will still apply.
Q2: What are “Offline Backup” and “Offsite Backup”? What business value do they offer for SMEs?
